1964 Peugeot 404 Sedan
I had a 1964 Peugeot sedan with the following features:
- 4-door
- Sunroof (doubles as the air conditioner).
- 4-speed manual transmission with gear shift on the column
- Luggage rack (which has hauled couches, bookshelves, etc.)
- Crank starter in case the battery dies
- Pull up to lock, push down to unlock.
- Kiddie locks on the back doors
- Convertable arm rest in the back seat.
- Solid steel construction.
- A color that my wife and I can't agree on. Guys tend to think it's
blue, while girls more often think it's green.
- 33 years of experience -- it almost drives itself!
- About 150,000 miles on it.
The Pooge also has the following additional ``features'':
- Squishy breaks
- Noisy differential
- Almost no rear shocks
- Overheats
Below is a picture of our dear Peugeot being hauled away around 1999 by a guy
from Logan, Utah. He bought it from us for $200, which is 200 times what I
paid my dad for it in 1992 (and almost half of the $550 he paid for it in about
1972).

I wonder what ever happened to this old car?
Peugeot Links
Following are a collection of links that I have found helpful in keeping my
car going.
A special welcome to fonix investors visiting in response to Wastedays' posting. LOL:)
